Clinic Policies

Cancellation Appointment Policy:

We appreciate at least a 24 hour notice for any cancelled appointments! We understand that life happens and unforeseen circumstances come up, that you may need to cancel at the last minute. We will take that into consideration for those instances. However if you have cancelled last minute more than once we may require you to prepay your next scheduled visit. We would like to kindly remind you that there are other clients’ pets that we had to book out another day or even send to the emergency clinics that could have utilized that appointment time. Please keep in mind how stressful it is when your pet isn’t feeling well and how you would like them to be seen in a timely manner.

 

No Show Appointment Policy:

We know you are busy, but we are too! We are an in demand 5 doctor practice. We consider our time valuable. We appreciate advanced notice but understand sometimes you just forget things. We will take extenuating circumstances into consideration. However if you no call/no show an appointment we will require you to prepay your next visit.

 

Surgery/Procedure Policy:

Due to an increase of clients not showing up the day of a pet’s procedure we now require a $200 deposit at the time of scheduling a surgery or procedure. The deposit will hold your surgery spot. It will come off the bill the day of the procedure. If you need to reschedule the deposit will transfer to that date. If you are able to give 24 hour or more notice it can be refunded. It will be forfeited if you cancel within 24 hours or no call/no show the day of surgery.

 

Payment Policy:

Full payment is due at the time of service. We are unable to offer any type of billing or payment plans. We do accept all major credit cards, cash, and CareCredit.

 

Pet Insurance:

We highly recommend pet insurance! Although you still have to pay the upfront cost, most pet insurances have great reimbursement plans.
